Purchaser: ProSport Elite, a premium sports dietary supplement group based in California, USA. The company specializes in joint capsules for professional athletes, liquid oral solutions and effervescent sports powder. Its products are sold at high-end fitness chains, private sports rehabilitation clinics and organic supermarkets across the United States. Its raw materials comply with five strict standards: USP Pharmacopoeia, FDA GRAS, Non-GMO, Kosher certification and EU food access standards. 1. Production line segmented transformation to realize dual particle size customized production HiSiaddi coordinated factories to activate dedicated batch refining production workshops with two sets of independent crystallization temperature control parameters:
· 30-mesh large crystals: Slow cooling rate of 0.3℃/h to form large, regular crystals via crystal growth, followed by screening with customized stainless steel classifying sieves;
· 120-mesh ultra-fine powder: Low-temperature vacuum crushing + air classification to avoid agglomeration of ultra-fine dust. Three consecutive batches were tested for angle of repose and flowability, matching the parameters of the client’s filling equipment.
1. Upgraded multi-stage vacuum rectification to strictly control trace impurities Abandoning atmospheric distillation, a new process combining three-stage negative-pressure rectification and deep activated carbon adsorption was adopted to remove residual DMSO and inorganic impurities in sections.
