OLED-grade silane requires ultra-high purity and ultra-low metal impurities. Most domestic manufacturers only produce industrial-grade products (98% purity) without rectification purification and oxygen-free synthesis processes, making stable production of 99.5% high-purity products unachievable.
The client requires 10kg nitrogen-sealed packaging, dust-free workshop filling and English traceable batch reports, with small single-batch output (1–2 tons). Manufacturers regard such orders as cumbersome and low-margin, refusing to invest in equipment renovation.
