    Affected by successive price hikes of European chemical raw materials and phased production limits at BASF European factories, delivery lead time of original UV329 extended to 95 days with procurement costs rising by 35%.     3. Jindacheng, Weihai Jinwei and Yantai Xinxiu similarly unilaterally promoted their own product strengths. The client received 8 samples from 5 brands with uneven physical and chemical parameters and a 18% price gap between the highest and lowest quotations.     III. Based on Client Product Positioning, HiSiaddi Selected 2 Brands & 3 Matching Grades for Gradient Sample Delivery

    Combining the client’s five mandatory requirements: high-gloss transparent PC/ABS, optical-grade light-colored plastic parts, high-temperature extrusion, strict EU compliance and stable mass production with annual procurement of 42 tons, Weihai Jinwei and Yantai Xinxiu (low-end general route brands) were eliminated. Finally, two domestic mid-to-high-end benchmark brands (Rianlon and Beijing Tiangang) were selected, from which three precisely matching grades were screened for gradient sample delivery, avoiding waste of client R&D costs from blind full-grade testing.

    IV. Full Implementation Process Staged by Laboratory Sample Test → Pilot Trial → Bulk Procurement

    Phase 1: Client Laboratory Formula Small Test (22 Days)

    The client’s R&D center incorporated the three UV329 grades into its two mature formulas (PC/ABS and PMMA) respectively, prepared samples following the original 275°C extrusion process and completed four core tests: light transmittance, 3000h xenon lamp aging, high-temperature precipitation and powder dispersion.

All three products passed the client’s internal incoming material standards, and the client eliminated samples of the other two previously tested brands simultaneously.

    Phase 2: 500kg Factory Pilot Mass Production Verification (18 Days)

    The client launched industrial mass production on three separate production lines with continuous 72-hour non-stop operation for each of the three preferred grades. The finished product yield of all product categories stabilized above 99.4%, and the three grades corresponded to the client’s three subdivided product lines respectively, achieving equivalent application effects as original imported BASF materials. The client formally finalized the procurement plan.

    Phase 3: Signing of Annual Framework Agreement & Initial Order Delivery

    The client issued an initial order of 12 tons with allocation: Tiangang UV329-S (5 tons for optical lens production lines), Tiangang Heat-resistant Refined General Grade (4 tons for home appliance transparent parts) and Rianlon UV329-H (3 tons for photovoltaic thick-walled PC). HiSiaddi coordinated staggered production scheduling between the two factories, standardized product packaging labels uniformly, compiled Spanish + English bilingual SDS documents complying with GHS, arranged REACH batch import filing issued directly by Rianlon’s factory, and entrusted HiSiaddi’s cooperating EU OR institution to complete compliance filing for Tiangang products. Full sets of documents were complete, and goods shipped from Shanghai Port cleared customs smoothly upon arrival in Spain. After delivery and acceptance of the initial order, both parties signed an annual procurement framework agreement for 42 tons with monthly batch production and delivery scheduled on demand.
