Raw materials are subject to strict EU REACH, SVHC and RoHS control standards, requiring residual free epichlorohydrin ≤15ppm, active ingredient ≥99.0% and total heavy metals <0.5ppm, with fixed formulas not subject to arbitrary modification.

The client entrusted HiSiaddi, a chemical foreign trade enterprise with extensive domestic industry resources, to horizontally disassemble the full range of KH-560 models, indicators and application advantages/disadvantages of the five brands neutrally and screen products matching its own electronic adhesive system.

HiSiaddi eliminated Hongxu and Shuguang (their product formulas prioritize photovoltaic/glass fiber applications with compatibility defects against the client’s system), ultimately locking two mid-to-high-end brands: Jiangsu Chenguang and Hubei Xintianlan, with three segmented grades for gradient sampling:
1. Chenguang CG-560 Electronic Refined Grade (Main Mass Production Grade): All indicators perfectly match the client’s original Shin-Etsu KBM-403, prioritized for mass production sample testing for main high-end industrial control potting adhesive production lines;
2. Xintianlan XL-560 High-end Adhesive Grade (Alternative Mass Production Grade): Slightly inferior indicators to Chenguang but superior cost performance, deployed for the client’s mid-to-low-end new energy electronic control adhesive production lines to lower comprehensive raw material costs;
3. Custom Modified Chenguang CG-560-S (Special Sample Grade): Fine-tuned trace oligomer content for small-scale R&D of the client’s new high Tg high-temperature resistant potting adhesives.
1. Lab sample stage (5kg per brand): HiSiaddi coordinated manufacturers to issue COA quality inspection certificates and EU-compliant SDS documents, air-shipped samples to German R&D laboratories for comprehensive reliability tests including formula mixing, 500h damp-heat aging and 288°C high-temperature solder dipping. Chenguang electronic grade and Xintianlan high-end adhesive grade fully passed all verification items, while Hongxu and Shuguang samples exhibited adhesive yellowing and filler agglomeration and were eliminated.
2. Pilot stage (500kg per grade): The client launched mass production line trial runs, with finished potting adhesive bonding strength, insulation performance and aging resistance parameters all meeting EU standards. The procurement cost of localized raw materials decreased by 32.7% compared with imported Shin-Etsu products.
3. Mass order signing: The client finalized a full-year 186-ton annual order split as follows: 112 tons of Chenguang CG-560 (main high-end production line), 68 tons of Xintianlan XL-560 (mid-end mass production line), 6 tons of customized modified Chenguang grade (new product R&D). All batches are scheduled for production, packaging and export customs declaration under unified coordination by HiSiaddi in six separate shipments.
