In addition, no buffer additives were used, and fluctuations in pH value accelerated precipitate formation.
Improper production and feeding process: The raw materials were simply dissolved in normal-temperature water before feeding, resulting in local high concentration of EDTA ferric sodium. The strong acidity in local areas broke the chelation structure.
Replace with customized special raw materials: We arranged the manufacturer to produce high-purity chelated EDTA ferric sodium specially for beverages via advanced recrystallization purification. The content of free iron ions was controlled below 10 ppm, which completely alleviated the iron odor under high temperature.
